INSTRUCTIONS

Go into your files app and click on the zipped file to unzip it. Then you will go to the shortcuts app on your phone. Click the plus button on the very top right, then click on the “Open App” action.

Select the “App” button in the action. Then select the app icon you want to change from the list. At the very top, select the down arrow next to “Open App”. Enter the app’s  name or a custom name if you’d like. Select the down arrow again and click on the photo to the left app’s name. Click on “Chose File” and click on the new app photo, then add.
